OUR HISTORY

For  twenty years, John and Jan Couper have provided and continue to provide Owners of properties at Moonah Links with support while selling, after purchasing or managing their investment properties.  Such experience teaches in this unique setting at Moonah Links where we reside and work.  We know and understand the rules and requirements of living in this unique Estate.

Moonah Links Lifestyle Services provides professional home, property, and lifestyle support services for residents living on and around the Moonah Links golf course. We coordinate trusted local trades and service providers so you only need one point of contact for everything your property requires.

Our experienced handymen have assisted our Property Management clients for many years and are now available to all Moonah Links residents.

Premium Property & lifestyle Services 

Our Premium Property Services  solution is available to permanent residents, part-time owners, investors, and time-poor homeowners.

We coordinate and manage:

  • House painting – interior, exterior, decks, touch-ups, front doors

  • Building projects of all kinds

  • Electrical services

  • Plumbing services

  • Property maintenance – gutter cleaning, bin cleaning, pressure washing of driveways and paths

  • Tree lopping and pruning

  • Small outdoor living space design (using AI planning tools)

  • Tiling

  • Floor sanding and floor repairs

  • Pool and spa cleaning and servicing

  • Decluttering or interior styling

  • Window cleaning (including golf-course-facing windows)

  • Mail collection and home checks


Lifestyle Packages & Property Management support

Many homes at Moonah Links are second residences or holiday homes.We offer flexible lifestyle management packages for absentee owners, payable monthly and tailored to your requirements.Options include:

our fees

Moonah Links Lifestyle Services operates on a transparent and flexible fee structure, reflecting the level of support and coordination required.

Initial Property Assessment & Setup

$49 (once-off, if required)

Lifestyle Property Care Subscription 

$99 per month
Subscriptions may be arranged month-to-month, including for short-term needs such as holidays or extended absences.

Coordination & Management Fee

10% of the value of works coordinated

Applied when we actively manage works e.g. renovations on your behalf, including site meetings, obtaining quotes, liaising between owner and service providers, coordinating access, and overseeing progress.

*If we simply provide a trusted contact without further involvement, no coordination fee is charged.

**All fees will be discussed and agreed prior to works commencing.
